Context

In [Code chat] constrain rollout for gitlab-org/gi... (#555558 - closed) we constrain the rollout to gitlab-org/gitlab only. With this change, the ActiveContext indexing process will mark the gitlab-org namespace as ready even if it has not indexed all its projects.

In this issue, we need to update the gitlab-org namespace as pending again.

Proposal

Update the ActiveContext::Code::EnabledNamespace record of gitlab-org to set the state back to pending.

This should be done through a Change Request.
