Add sorting and expandable graphs

Problem to solve

Currently the overview dashboard shows all frameworks in the coverage and needs attention graphs.

If the group has a lot of frameworks these graphs can take up a lot of room.

Proposal

Add sorting:

• coverage should be by the frameworks with most coverage to least
• needs attention should be frameworks in order by:
  • No Projects
  • No Requirements
  • Requirements without controls
  • No Policies

We should also limit these graphs to the top 20? results to begin and then have a view more to expand to see the full results.
