Investigate why in-product Duo Chat events are missing namespace_path

Problem

Majority of the in-product duo chat events are missing the namespace path attribute with no clear trend. We need to identify the cause and remedy the situation.

Duo chat can be used within the GL application and through an IDE so we need to ensure that we're passing the namespace path in both locations.

We started tracking the namespace_path in LSP version 7.22, which was released in April. Based on the fact that Duo chat events started being populated with namespace path data from then, I imagine the problem is with the events being tracked from within the GL application.
