New issues created twice on Ctrl+Enter

When creating a new issue, I make use of using the keyboard buttons Ctrl+Enter from the title if it is sufficiently self explaining (for my own projects in Gitlab CE). This skips all follow up fields and creates the issue right away.

For some time now - don't know exactly since which version but it might correlate with introduction of the new issue cards - the issue is created twice when using this approach. It still works as intended (single creation) when clicking the Create issue button.
