"Your Review" pending comment links are broken in "Show one file at a time" diff view mode
Summary
The pending comment links in "Your Review" do not work. They navigate to the diff view, but show no file at all when in "Show one file at a time" mode.
Presumably related to #554707 (closed).
Steps to reproduce
- Go into a review diff
- Add a comment into review
- Open "Your Review"
- Click the "pending comment" link
What is the current bug behavior?
The link links to the diff view, but to no file. The comment note anchor is evidently not sufficient - does not lead to the file being shown.
What is the expected correct behavior?
I see the file the comment is on, and the pending comment.

Results of GitLab environment info
It's the current GitLab version 18.1.1 via omnibus installation. I don't currently have root access to the server due to internal role sync issues.
