Extra spacing appears at bottom of issue page

Problem Description

When a user creates an issue containing multiple images with text, a "read more" button appears. After scrolling to the bottom, large empty spaces appear at the bottom of the page.

1. Turn "Truncate descriptions" on
2. Read more button appears when adding titles to multiple images in issue
3. scroll page to the bottom
