Update name of Duo Workflow service account

Problem

The current name of the service account that is being used with composite identity is Duo Workflow service which is outdated due to the new naming convention and should be renamed.

This is the service account that's going to be used for any interactions Duo Agent Platform takes on the platform for now, such as creating MRs, writing comments etc.

Desired Outcome

Update account name and display name for the current workflow service account:

• account name: duo-developer
• display name: Duo Developer

Change request instructions

The instructions for the change request are:

1. Log into gitlab.com using an admin account
2. Navigate to users and search for the service account: http://gitlab.com/admin/users?search_query=duo+workflow+service
3. Locate the user and click on Edit
4. Update the Name to the newly defined name
5. Scroll down to Avatar and upload the provided avatar
6. Click on Save changes
