Add schema validation spec for security policy bypass_settings

  I noticed that we don't have specs for the bypass_settings in ee/spec/models/security/orchestration_policy_configuration_spec.rb? Should we add specs for these fields? Since we are already missing some fields, I believe we could add specs for all fields of the bypass_settings in a follow-up MR. WDYT?
