Will you accept EE-feature implemented by community?

Couldn't find any ideas in docs about this. So my question is the following. There is FOSS edition of GitLab supported by community. And there is an EE-edition. Some features in EE that are not presented in FOSS-version. What if community implements EE-feature? Will you accept it to the FOSS-version of GitLab? Thanks.
