Unable to delete multiple registry tags through the UI in the presence of immutable tags
Context
Related to &15139 (closed).
Problem
When there are immutable tags in a repository, it's not possible to delete multiple tags at once through the UI, as the Delete selected button is hidden.
Without immutable tags in the repository:
