Steps to reproduce:

• Have an MR with multiple discussions
• Click "Jump to first unresolved discussion"
• When you arrive at the new discussion, do not resolve it
• Click "Jump to next unresolved discussion" at the bottom of the discussion
• When you arrive at the new discussion, do not resolve it
• Click "Jump to next unresolved discussion" at the bottom of the discussion
• When you arrive at the new discussion, resolve it
• Click "Jump to next unresolved discussion" at the bottom of the discussion

Expected: the next discussion is brought into view

Actual: The very first discussion is brought into view.

Here's a screen capture that demonstrates the problem. This was captured using gitlab.com which was running GitLab Enterprise Edition 12.6.0-pre f4cc00ae at the time of the capture. I can reproduce on our company instance as well which is currently running GitLab Enterprise Edition 12.4.6-ee
