Advanced search sidebar count loading state

Problem to solve

In its current form, the sidebar count defaults to "0" and then populates with the actual count as it loads from the API. This behavior might confuse users who may interpret the zero as indicating no results are available.

Proposal

We should display a loading icon instead of zero and replace it with the populated value when the data is ready.
