Collapsed epic sidebar doesn't have clickable labels

On issues and MRs, when you have the sidebar collapsed and click on an editable item (like the labels icon), it expands the sidebar and puts you in 'edit mode' for that item. So for labels, it works like this:

On epics, clicking this icon does nothing. However, the cursor changes to indicate that it is clickable.
