DA: Improve documentation of supported CWEs

Summary

Our documentation is quite extensive, however we could do a better job of improving how we outline the checks we currently support.

You will notice in this documentation page that there is no clear indicator of what we support. The ID column makes sense once you drill into it, but it should be more evident that we are referencing CWEs.

Additionally, the multi-table approach showing Passive and Active checks separately is confusing.

Proposal

1. Consolidate the tables into one
2. Create a column for Active or Passive (or both)
3. Update ID column to show the CWE, with CWE being the table header value.
