Company images not appearing as expected on Trial Registration Page

Summary

On the main Trial Registration page the logos for the below companies are not rendering in the right panel of the screen. The response is 403 forbidden so on the surface it looks like the system is requiring auth to access those images.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to /-/trial_registrations/new to see incorrectly rendered images.
2. Refresh page to see flash message
