Show context of comments in issues and merge requests

When I do a review of a merge request with a lot of comments, and the implementor then addresses the threads and answers a e-mail is send containing the answer:

Foo Bar commented on a discussion:
Yes / Done

Now I have to guess, or open the very slow GitLab interface (which takes more than 30 seconds to load the specific comment), to see to which comment from my review this actually answers to.

→ Instead the e-mail should contain the context of the last message as:

Foo Bar commented on a discussion:
Yes / Done

In reply to [discussion](https:…) from Bar Baz:
> Please adjust "foo"
> because XYZ
