Proposal

Let's add the Code Suggestions by IDE panel from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/505532/designs/AI_adoption_D.png using a BarChart visualization.

The data is going to be exposed in graphql via Backend: Expose IDE metadata for code suggestio... (#570988)

Let's do the same here as for Frontend: Code suggestions acceptance by language (#454809 - closed) if that's the easiest solution.
