Frontend: Code Suggestions by IDE chart

About

This chart should answer:

"Which IDEs have the highest adoption of our code suggestions feature?"

and

"How is code suggestion usage distributed across our supported IDEs?"

Proposal

• Update the title to: "GitLab Duo Code Suggestions adoption by IDE (Last 30 days)"
• Use Suggestions accepted as primary metric on the x-axis
• The data is going to be exposed in graphql via Backend: Expose IDE metadata for code suggestio... (#570988 - closed)

Next steps:

• We should update the Code Suggestions by language chart to use Suggestions accepted as well (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/work_items/582754).

Implementation

• Create data source
• Add visualization template to GitLab Duo and SDLC trends dashboard
