[FE] Add loading if charts are still loading

Just checking - this.chart is only available once the chart has emitted created. I guess it does so, once the chart has finished rendering?

I am not sure if there could be a case where this takes longer. Maybe charts with lots of data and complicated rendering?

In that case, instead of rendering an error, could it make sense to show a loading state on the button?

But nothing to do here right now, something for a follow-up; it might not even be an issue
