Resolve auto disable form submit button logic

  @pgascouvaillancourt @thutterer I wonder if you all have a chance to check something out for me and tell me what I might be doing wrong here with gl-form-fields and submitting.

  Right now the submitted code will validate the fields and disable the submit button. However, when I fix all the validated issues, the submit button never re-enables. I must be doing something wrong here. See video - the how to instructions in the MR are up to date 🙏
