Last commit and Last update columns not displaying

Summary

This is reported for only one repository that Last commit and Last update columns not displaying

Most probably it is a regression as mentioned before in other issues #215968 (closed)

Steps to reproduce

Simply displaying the files of repository is enough.

What is the current bug behavior?

But when we change the branches some branches has this issue some do not. Also clicking history on the web interface does not react. git operations work normally like git pull, push etc... on top of the web page it displays

An error occurred while fetching commit data.

And when we click code-->commits it takes around 3 minutes and we get a crash screen with
