Support Conan Package Manager with Revision at Instance Level

Description: Add support for both Conan 1 (with revision) and Conan 2 at the instance level endpoint to ensure compatibility with different Conan package manager versions.

This requires the same endpoint as #519741 (closed), but for instance endpoints
