[SPIKE] Determine how to track expected errors over time

There are expected and commonly occurring errors that we should monitor so that we can respond to anomalies.

For example the errors in:

• Log expected errors related to conflicts in Reb... (#541248 - closed)
• Log expected errors from timeouts during syntax... (#541220 - closed)

Goal:

• Figure out where we can track these errors
  • Maybe a kibana dashboard?
