"Remember me" functionality not working on authentication

Even though I check the "remember" checkbox in the login page, I have been prompted to authenticated every single day in the past few weeks, where I need to input my email, password, and then the verification code in my email. This has been quite frustrating.

Finding an appropriate channel to report this issue also has been frustrating, just wanted to let you know.
