Draft: FE Performance: load the emoji aliases.json on-demand

Problem:

Currently we include emoji aliases into the main bundle. Even if the page has little-to-no emoji interactions.

This constitutes around 3% of the main bundle.

Note:

We need deeper investigation as to when the Emoji aliases are used. If aliases are only used when editing a text field that supports emoji — we probably can make it on-demand easily.

Suggestion:

Make the emoji aliases load on demand (when needed) and/or only on pages that could display the emoji.
