Failure listing container repositories in the UI

Context

Related to an internal discussion (Slack).

Problem

We're not able to display the list of container repositories for the CNG project at https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/build/CNG/container_registry:

Interestingly, I see that the frontend receives the expected response from Rails with the list of repositories and their tag count, so it seems like it's failing to render the list for some reason.

We haven't observed this issue with other projects so far.
