'Registry setup' contains unused .pypirc file

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

On 'Deploy' -> 'Package registry', there is an 'Install' button:

... GitLab shows 'Registry setup':

... but the mentioned .pypirc file pertains only to building/publishing packages, not installing them. This is confusing at best and wrong at worst.
