Re-request Duo Code Review automatically when new commits are pushed

Goal

Extend automatic Duo Code Review by enabling the automatic re-trigger of a review by Duo when new commits are pushed to the source branch of an MR.

How can we ensure that Duo code review is triggered / auto runs for each commit that happens on the MR?

Having an option in Settings --> MR --> Duo auto-review of newer commits in MR.
