Problem

While we do have a section that allows users to evaluate which branches match their rule, this evaluation is only scoped to the individual branch rule itself. If a user has a branch that may match 2 or 3 rules, it would be extremely difficult for users to know what rule actually resolves in that case.

Design exploration

Consider some sort of rule evaluation tool, that allows users to see what rules apply, per branch (not per branch rule).
