Provide option for closing linked issues to Vulnerability management policy

Proposal
The secure stage is currently using the Auto resolve vulnerabilities policy, however, when a vulnerability is resolved, it doesn't close any linked issues, which means that we need to manually loop through all resolved vulnerabilities and close the issues, as explained in Update security-triage-automation tool to close... It would be great if we could pass some flag to the security policy to also close linked issues so we can avoid this manual process.
