Differentiate commit pipeline headings from pipeline name headings

Description
Currently pipelines have a large heading that displays either the pipeline name (from workflow:name) or the commit subject line.
This makes it hard for users to see where the pipeline name comes from. The pipeline name should be easily distinguishable from the real pipeline name
Why now?
In Capture workflow:name pipeline field in ClickHo... (#538830 - closed) we are going to start collecting the pipeline name as an important way to find patterns in pipelines performance. The current pipeline name should be clear to users in the UI.
