Direct IDE connection to AIGW contingency

Problem

As described in #541382, IDE plugins configured with direct access currently do not have support for selected/pinned models. In case it's not possible to have that delivered in %18.1. we need a contingency.

Proposed solution

If a namespace has selected a model, then fetching the direct connection will always return false.
