GraphQL APIs to read and update project compliance violations

Description

1. We need to GraphQL APIs to list a single project compliance violation within a project to render on frontend as per this design.

2. We also need a GraphQL mutation to update the status of a violation. (Eg: Update it from "Detected" to "In Review")
