Unable to edit repository settings.

Summary

Unable to visit the Settings->Repository page of project. This is only happening in one of our repositories (that I know of).

Steps to reproduce

(How one can reproduce the issue - this is very important)

1. Visit the project.
2. Hover over the settings cog.
3. Click on "Repository"

What is the current bug behavior?

A 500 page is received.

What is the expected correct behavior?

I should be able to edit the repository's settings.
