Problem to solve

If Grafana is configured alongside a self-managed instance, we don't have dashboards specifically for tracking performance in Gitaly.

We do have these dashboards https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/runbooks/-/tree/master/dashboards/gitaly

We should add this to the docs.
