Proposal

Currently the "Use includes from external URLs" feature allows for the inclusion of files from the same repo or external URLs but not another private GitLab URL.

A GitLab premium customer, via a ZD ticket, has expressed the desire to include files from other GitLab repo's that would require authentication.

Proposal: Allow the "Use includes from external URLs" feature to authenticate to other private repositories.
