[UX] Change custom admin role --> custom instance role

Background

We have the ability to customize access to the admin area and up until now we've called it Custom Admin Role.

This has the potential to create confusion:

• Admin - is referred to as a role with the highest permission set
• Admin Area - is referred to the area in the instance where user can be granted access to with custom admin role

Proposal

Change the naming for GA to Custom Instance Role, why

• Provides clarity, distinction Considerations

• Creates clear boundaries away from group-level and is more to do with platform wide access

• If we offer custom access to group settings as a permission in instance level
