Add the ability re-deploy and rollback entire group of environments

Problem to solve

Some users utilize environment grouping to manage multiple similar environments executing the deployment. If a user wanted to re-deploy or rollback these environments, they would have to utilize the re-deploy/rollback button on each environment individually. This can be cumbersome and time consuming.

Proposal

Add the ability to re-deploy/rollback to an entire group of environments via one button.
