Comparison table visualization trends should use same timeframes

Problem

The trend, sparkline shows a different time range then the rest of the table columns.

The expectation is that the trend line is a summary of the date ranges in the columns to the left of the trend and the time ranges should match.

This issue persists in both the AI impact dashboard and the Value streams dashboard.

Proposal

• Update the 6-month metric table in the AI impact dashboard so that the sparkline chart data matches the table data

Note: VSD will be migrated to the 6-month metric table when #541489 (closed) is completed, after which this issue will be fixed for both AI impact and Value streams dashboard
