Hover on Merge Request in "Development" list in issue no longer exposes the merge timestamp

With the old "Issue" UI (the default before version 17.11), in the list of Merge Requests on an issue you could hover the MR icon before the MR title to get the merge timestamp.

Since 17.11 and with the new UI, all you get is a generic "Merge Request" text:

Some people in our company found it useful to be able to quickly know when an MR was merged, so it would be nice if the timestamp could be added back in the hover of the MR icon (or alternatively when hovering the "Merged" label.
