Token Status is not shown when validity checks are enabled

Problem to solve

Given a project has an outstanding Secret Detection vulnerability finding, when the validity_checks Feature Flag is enabled, and a new pipeline has not run, it is expected that that finding would display the status of Unknown, however no status is shown at all.

Proposed Solution

Ensure a status is shown, even when a Finding does not have a finding token status.
