Proposal
We use the Pipeline IID as the build number in our versioning. During testing, we use the build number to identify what version different testers have installed.
In order to compare installed versions with other versions for any number of reasons, it's easier for us to do so in the Repository graph, rather than using Compare revisions. That means that we have to tag according to the build number in order to see the build number on the Repository graph.
It would be cleaner for us if we could just display the Pipeline IID on the Repository graph instead.
I propose a check mark to the right of the Begin with the selected commit checkbox labeled Display Pipeline IID that would toggle the Pipeline IID on the Repository graph. The Pipeline IID could be displayed similar to how a tag is displayed on the Repository graph or as a new column between the actual graph and the user's avatar/icon.
