Improve dormant user UI help text to clarify functionality

Problem

We have a feature for automatic removal of dormant users feature (docs). which can be found under Admin > Settings > General > Account and Limit.

The docs state dormant users are those that:

• Were created more than a week ago and have not signed in.
• Have no activity for a specified period of time (default and minimum is 90 days).

However, the form UI looks like this:

This can be misleading for customers as the UI indicates that only the 90 day (default) period of time is relevant.

Proposal

Update the hint/help text in the UI to reference the 7 day caveat.

Option: revise text below the 90 day box

Must be 90 days or more. Applies only to previously active users. Users with no login history will be deactivated after 7 days
