Summary

When using fluid layout the skeleton loader gets stretched both horizontally and vertically, causing elements to increase dramatically in size on a wide screen.

In fluid layout the only skeleton items that realistically should change size are the width of the "description" lines, though it would also be fine if they remained the same given this niche scenario. Each element should keep the same vertical height regardless of layout or page size.
