CI/CD runner "disable for this project" button is doing nothing

Hello, I am experiencing an interesting issue on gitlab.com in one of my personal projects. I can't disable the CI/CD runner from this project. I've tried all my projects and found that buttons Disable from this project and Enable for this project work perfectly for all projects except one.

The project ID is 57345410. It is private, but I am giving you my oral permission to use it for checking this issue.

1. Open project 57345410.
2. Click Settings - CI/CD - Runners.
3. There is a runner named Ethernet servers 1, click 'Disable for this project'.
4. Modal appears 'Are you sure?' - click 'Disable for this project'.
5. Toaster appears 'Runner unassigned from project.' but the runner is still here.
6. The runner named Ethernet servers 1 is still in the list of runners.
