Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Wiki page with comments (as seen in the example where John Hope had added a comment)
2. Move that Wiki page to a different location
3. Observe that the comments from the original page are not migrated with the content

Comments should be preserved and migrated alongside their associated Wiki page content when a page is moved to maintain context and prevent loss of valuable discussion.
