Sync Vulnerabilities ES index for project and group transfers

Issue to track syncing Vulnerabilities ES index when:

1. Project/Group is trasnfered we have keep the vulnerabilities meta in sync especially project_id and traversal_ids fields in the ES vulnerabilities document.
