Proposal

This feature proposal focuses on coverage reporting being able to automatically parse coverage statistics from generated coverage reports and display the parsed figure beside the pipeline on the MR widget.

Current Behaviour

Currently, users are required to use a regex pattern in their .gitlab-ci.yml in order to parse the coverage statistics. For reports such as JaCoCo, the statistics are not displayed on the console by default. This requires users to develop their own solution or incorporate use of third-party plugins.
