Problem to solve

There is a need for guidance for properly enabling exact code search in a self-managed Omnibus install, with Zoekt running in an external Kubernetes cluster?

The currently available documentation for exact code search seems to be missing a few things, possibly assuming that Gitlab has been installed via Helm chart.
