Markdown includes do not work in a released component catalog

The problem is, if you use markdown includes in your component repo, everything works, at least in the default branch. But after you have published a new version, the component catalogue presents a README with a missing include.

The README catalogue only shows the include string:

::include{file=templates/component-name/README.md

gitlab version: GitLab Community Edition v17.10.4
