Add specs for WebHooks::LogExecutionWorker

Came from !187287 (comment 2441308903), there is no specs for WebHooks::LogExecutionWorker.

We added specs in !187287 (merged) to ensure the data_consistency behavior of the worker, but it's still missing the #perform specs as it should have in any worker.
